Work HistoryOver the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with people across many stages of life—from children and teens navigating complicated emotions, to adults managing stress, loss, or trauma, to older adults adjusting to major life changes. My background includes time spent in hospitals, nursing homes, community mental health, and now private practice, which has given me a wide perspective on the challenges people face. I’ve trained extensively in approaches like CBT and DBT, and I’ve also worked closely with trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem struggles, and identity concerns. These experiences shaped my specialty in helping people not only manage symptoms, but also build skills for lasting change and emotional balance.
