Work HistoryMy path as a therapist has been shaped by service, global experience, and a deep respect for the body’s innate capacity to heal. I began my professional journey in the United States Air Force, where I learned grounded presence, adaptability, and the importance of connection under stress. After my service, I spent 15 years living and working in the rainforest as a Christian missionary and school counselor, supporting children, families, and communities through education, mentorship, and emotional growth. Those years taught me profound lessons about resilience, connection, and the healing that comes from living in harmony with nature and community. I am now practicing as a couples therapist, integrating Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) with breathwork and experiential, body-centered healing. My work helps individuals and couples move beyond talking about their experiences to truly feeling and transforming them. I specialize in embodied, experiential approaches to healing and wellness — supporting clients who are drawn to deeper, integrative work that reconnects mind, body, and emotion. My approach is ideal for those curious about breathwork, somatic awareness, and the healing power of presence.
