Work HistoryIt’s unsettling when you start reacting in ways you don’t recognize, like: losing patience faster than usual, feeling overwhelmed by situations that never used to bother you, or sensing a heaviness you can’t shake even when life looks “fine” from the outside. I chose this field because I’ve always been curious about those turning points and how people find their way back to emotional connection. My professional path began at Touro University Worldwide, where I earned my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2024. Since then, I’ve been working as an MFT Intern supporting children, teens, adults, and families who are navigating anxiety, mood changes, emotional dysregulation, trauma, and major life transitions. Working across age groups has taught me to pay close attention to early patterns and the ways people learn to cope long before they realize it.
