Get To Know Me
What would be important for someone to know about working with you?
I bring a warm, relational, and nonjudgmental approach to therapy, while also being honest and direct when needed. Clients often tell me they appreciate that I don’t just sit back silently- I actively engage in the process, help connect patterns, and gently challenge the places where people may feel stuck.
My work is deeply informed by attachment theory, nervous system regulation, modern sex therapy, and trauma-informed care. I also have training and interest in psychedelic integration work, particularly around how altered states, identity shifts, attachment wounds, and emotional experiences impact intimacy, relationships, and sense of self. Whether we are working through relational conflict, desire issues, betrayal, anxiety, or personal growth, I aim to create a space where clients feel emotionally safe enough to be honest, explore deeply, and move toward meaningful change.
What does success look like in therapy? How will a client know that they are making progress?
Success in therapy is not usually about becoming a completely different person, it is about developing greater awareness, flexibility, connection, and authenticity in how you relate to yourself and others. Progress often looks like feeling less stuck in old patterns, communicating more openly, responding rather than reacting, setting healthier boundaries, reconnecting with desire or intimacy, or feeling more grounded in your emotions and body.
Clients often notice progress when situations that once felt overwhelming become easier to navigate, when relationships begin to feel safer or more connected, or when they are able to tolerate discomfort without shutting down, avoiding, or losing themselves. Therapy is not always linear, but meaningful change tends to show up both internally and in everyday relational experiences.
In what ways does your personality influence your approach to therapy?
My personality naturally shapes the way I show up in the therapy room. I tend to be warm, curious, grounded, and emotionally attuned, while also being straightforward and transparent. I believe therapy works best when clients feel they are sitting with a real person, not just a professional role.
I value authenticity, depth, and creating space for honest conversations, especially around topics that people may carry shame, fear, or uncertainty about. My background and training have also strengthened my ability to hold space for complexity, emotional intensity, and vulnerability without rushing to “fix” or pathologize the experience. I strive to balance compassion with honesty, helping clients feel both supported and gently challenged in ways that foster growth and self-understanding.

Work HistoryI began my career working with children, adolescents, and families in community mental health settings, where I gained extensive experience supporting clients navigating trauma, family conflict, emotional dysregulation, and complex relational dynamics. Much of this work involved helping individuals heal from sexual trauma, attachment wounds, and high-stress family systems.
Over time, my work evolved toward supporting adults and couples, with a growing specialization in relational and sexual wellness. I now primarily work with individuals and couples navigating intimacy concerns, desire discrepancies, communication challenges, betrayal and trust repair, relationship transitions, sexual functioning concerns, and emotional disconnection. My approach integrates attachment-based work, nervous system awareness, CBT, ACT, and modern sex therapy to help clients build healthier relationships with themselves and their partners.
