What is your style/approach to therapy?
I use Synergetic Play Therapy and expressive arts therapy to support children in expressing emotions, building self-regulation, improving relationships, and making sense of their world. These approaches are brain-based, relational, and rooted in nervous system awareness, helping children feel safe and heard.
