I use a blend of different approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), to find what works best for you. Whether you’re in your late teens, an adult, or a senior, we can work together in person or through telehealth to fit your schedule.
