Work HistoryI’ve spent the past several years working with people who are going through tough or uncertain times—whether that’s anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, or just feeling overwhelmed and stuck. A lot of my experience comes from working in community clinics and school-based settings, where I supported children, teens and young adults with a wide range of challenges. Much of my work has focused on helping people heal from trauma, build self-worth, and feel more in control of their lives. I’ve also worked closely with clients dealing with stress, burnout, depression, and identity-related questions. I try to bring a calm, supportive presence to each session, and I meet people where they are—whether they need tools to cope or just space to talk things through. My style is warm, collaborative, humorous and down-to-earth. I believe in creating a space where you don’t have to filter yourself and where healing can happen at your own pace.
