How does collaboration with other providers play into your work?
Collaboration with other providers is an incredibly important part of my work and something I value deeply as both a clinician and Clinical Director of Mindful Brooke Therapy. I actively participate in and collaborate through weekly consultation teams with fellow clinicians at Mindful Brooke Therapy, in addition to attending a weekly DBT consultation team to support ongoing clinical growth, collaboration, and high-quality client care. I believe clients receive the best care when treatment feels connected, supportive, and collaborative across all areas of their lives.
When appropriate and with client consent, I work closely with psychiatrists, primary care physicians, schools, dietitians, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals to help ensure clients are receiving well-rounded and coordinated support. I also value collaboration with parents, caregivers, and family systems when it benefits the client’s growth and healing process.
My goal is always to create a treatment experience where clients feel supported by a team that is communicating effectively and working together toward their goals. I believe collaboration helps strengthen continuity of care, improve outcomes, and create a more personalized and supportive therapeutic experience overall.

Work HistoryAs the Founder and Clinical Director of Mindful Brooke Therapy, I have dedicated my career to creating a compassionate, high-quality mental health practice where individuals and families feel genuinely supported throughout their healing process.
Over the years, I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional dysregulation, personality disorders, relationship concerns, behavioral challenges, eating disorders, and major life transitions. My clinical experience across nonprofit organizations, inpatient hospital settings, and private practice has shaped my belief that therapy should feel personalized, authentic, and empowering.
I founded Mindful Brooke Therapy with the goal of providing evidence-based care in an environment that feels welcoming, supportive, and deeply human. I believe meaningful therapeutic relationships are built through trust, collaboration, and creating a space where clients feel safe enough to be vulnerable without fear of judgment.
My approach integrates evidence-based modalities including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapy, trauma-informed care, and family systems approaches. I am passionate about helping clients build emotional awareness, strengthen coping skills, improve relationships, and create lasting, meaningful change in their lives.
As both a clinician and practice leader, I value making mental health care accessible, responsive, and individualized.
At Mindful Brooke Therapy, our mission is to help clients feel seen, heard, and supported while walking alongside them through every stage of growth and healing.
