Work HistoryI have experience working in a variety of settings from private practice, to outpatient facilities and community based non profit organizations. Due to my backgrounds in both Social Work and Psychology, I have a holistic perspective that takes into account how social, psychological and biological factors impact a person's mental health. I firmly believe that all clients deserve a safe space that is understanding of their identity and how they exist and operate within the world. I understand that every individual is layered and complex and aim to support, challenge and empathize with all parts of you. As a Brooklyn native born to Jamaican and Puerto Ricans, I am especially invested in providing empathetic care dedicated to the specific needs of black and brown populations.
