Get To Know Me
In what ways does your personality influence your approach to therapy?
My personality naturally lends itself to a collaborative, solution-focused, and goal-oriented approach to therapy. I believe meaningful change occurs when clients are supported with both compassion and practical strategies that can be applied in everyday life. While I strive to create a warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental environment, my role is not to simply validate difficulties but to help clients build insight, develop effective coping skills, and make meaningful progress toward their goals. My own experience participating in therapy has reinforced the value of self-reflection and the importance of learning evidence-based tools and skills that foster resilience and lasting change. This perspective allows me to approach each client with authenticity, empathy, and a genuine belief in their ability to grow and heal.
