Get To Know Me
If you could pick one movie or book that influenced your approach to therapy, what would it be and why?
Inside Out by Disney. I love how it highlights the many different emotions we have and how they impact us as they take turns "driving." I try to make sure this is a part of therapy with me, paying attention to these emotions/ feelings and utilize awareness and acceptance of them.
What would be important for someone to know about working with you?
Whatever you are struggling with I strive to offer a safe place to explore and grow. I work for a collaborative approach to therapy where issues are examined without judgment to gain a better understanding of where you are and how to progress and grow moving forward.
