Work HistoryI left active‑duty service roughly eight years ago and then began my career in mental health. Since then, I’ve supported individuals across many settings including suicide‑prevention hotlines, inpatient psychiatric units, and correctional facilities. Those experiences have taught me how to create a truly safe space for clients, allowing me to sit with and help them articulate painful emotions and experiences that are often hard to express.
