Work HistoryI began my work supporting children and families, often walking alongside those navigating the impact of trauma. Over time, I saw how much was being asked of parents—especially moms—with very little support for what they themselves were carrying. After several years, I stepped out of my role as a Clinical Director to open my private practice in 2018, so I could offer the kind of support I saw was missing in my community. Since then, I’ve worked closely with women who are used to holding it all together—while quietly feeling overwhelmed underneath. Many are navigating high-functioning anxiety, chronic health concerns, midlife transitions, or a deep sense that something needs to shift, even if they can’t quite name it yet. My training includes Brainspotting, IFS, ACT, sex therapy–informed care, menopause support, integrative mental health, and mindfulness. More importantly, it shapes how I listen for what’s beneath the surface—so we’re not just managing symptoms, but understanding what your system is actually asking for. Whether you’re a stay-at-home mom, a helping professional, or leading in your field, my role is to walk alongside you as you reconnect with yourself and move toward a life that feels more aligned and sustainable.
