Get To Know Me
In what ways have your personal experiences influenced your work with your clients?
My own journey with chronic invisible illness, perfectionism, and midlife transitions has deeply shaped how I show up as a therapist. I know what it feels like to juggle responsibilities, doubt yourself, and struggle to set boundaries while still being the one others rely on.
I’ve also experienced firsthand how the medical model can sometimes reduce people to a diagnosis—where the label dictates the plan, rather than truly understanding the person. That didn’t leave much room for the complexity of real life or the wisdom of the body.
Because of this, I approach my work differently.
I create a compassionate, judgment-free space where you don’t have to perform, push through, or explain away your experience. Instead, we slow things down, listen more closely, and begin to understand what your system has been carrying—and why.
From there, healing becomes less about fixing yourself and more about reconnecting with who you are, so you can move forward in a way that feels more steady, aligned, and sustainable.

Work HistoryI began my work supporting children and families, often walking alongside those navigating the impact of trauma. Over time, I saw how much was being asked of parents—especially moms—with very little support for what they themselves were carrying.
After several years, I stepped out of my role as a Clinical Director to open my private practice in 2018, so I could offer the kind of support I saw was missing in my community.
Since then, I’ve worked closely with women who are used to holding it all together—while quietly feeling overwhelmed underneath. Many are navigating high-functioning anxiety, chronic health concerns, midlife transitions, or a deep sense that something needs to shift, even if they can’t quite name it yet.
My training includes Brainspotting, IFS, ACT, sex therapy–informed care, menopause support, integrative mental health, and mindfulness. More importantly, it shapes how I listen for what’s beneath the surface—so we’re not just managing symptoms, but understanding what your system is actually asking for.
Whether you’re a stay-at-home mom, a helping professional, or leading in your field, my role is to walk alongside you as you reconnect with yourself and move toward a life that feels more aligned and sustainable.
