What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?
Cindy's background growing up in an immigrant family instilled in her a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by diverse communities. Witnessing these struggles firsthand sparked her passion for supporting individuals navigating their identities and overcoming past experiences.
Her own journey wasn't always easy. A childhood marked by instability and relentless pressure to prove herself led to a cycle of striving that ultimately resulted in burnout. However, through the power of therapy, Cindy found the tools to break free from these limiting patterns.
Now, Cindy empowers others to embark on their own paths to self-discovery and healing. She guides clients towards self-awareness, compassion, and resilience, helping them build a life filled with purpose and fulfillment.
