Get To Know Me
If you could pick one movie or book that influenced your approach to therapy, what would it be and why?
If I had to pick one, I’d choose Good Will Hunting. It’s not just a powerful story—it captures so much of what therapy is really about. What stands out most to me is the relationship between Will and his therapist, Sean. It’s not about quick fixes or clinical checklists; it’s about building trust, breaking down walls, and showing up with honesty and compassion, even when things get messy. That dynamic really shaped how I think about my role as a therapist. I believe growth happens when people feel truly seen and safe enough to be vulnerable. Like Sean, I aim to meet clients where they are—with patience, realness, and a willingness to sit in the hard stuff with them until they’re ready to take the next step forward.
What does success look like in therapy? How will a client know that they are making progress?
To me, success is not a destination, but a process—and the same goes for therapy. It’s not about “fixing” something overnight or checking all the boxes on a to-do list. Success in therapy looks different for everyone, but it often starts with small, meaningful shifts: feeling a little more in control of your emotions, being kinder to yourself in moments of stress, setting boundaries that once felt impossible, or simply showing up to talk on a day when it would’ve been easier to stay quiet.
Progress doesn’t always come in big, dramatic moments—it often shows up quietly. You might notice you’re reacting differently to situations that used to overwhelm you. Maybe your relationships feel more balanced, or your thoughts feel less heavy. As your therapist, I’ll be paying attention to these shifts with you, helping you notice and celebrate them, even when they’re subtle.
Success isn’t about reaching some perfect version of yourself—it’s about becoming more connected to who you are, learning to navigate life’s challenges with more awareness and resilience, and feeling a little more like yourself again. That’s the kind of progress I care most about.

Work HistoryAt 25, I bring a fresh and relatable perspective to therapy—especially for teens, college students, and young adults navigating the challenges of growing up in today’s world. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I work independently at Inner Strength Therapy, where I support adolescents, young adults, and adults in individual therapy. My clients often come in dealing with anxiety, life transitions, trauma, identity questions, and the pressure of figuring out who they are and where they’re headed.
What sets my approach apart is the balance I bring: I’m close enough in age to understand the current culture, pressures, and digital landscape that younger clients are growing up in, while also bringing professional experience, structure, and evidence-based tools to guide real progress. I aim to create a space where clients feel seen, respected, and never judged—where therapy feels more like a genuine conversation than a clinical appointment.
My background includes counseling students at Xavier University, working on a child psychiatry unit at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, and now providing individual therapy in private practice. I’ve worked with high schoolers, college students, and adults from many different walks of life—and I value building a relationship that feels safe and collaborative from day one.
Whether you're a parent looking for someone your teen can genuinely connect with, a college student feeling stuck or overwhelmed, a young adult navigating life on your own terms, or a parent seeking support for your own mental health, I’m here to meet you where you are. Therapy with me is a space to feel heard, build insight, and move forward with clarity and confidence—at a pace and in a style that feels right for you.
