In what ways have your personal experiences influenced your work with your clients?
My personal experiences shaped who I am, I have continued on my own mental health journey working with therapists, mentors, sponsors and leaderships teams to explore my own personal biases, self doubt, racing thoughts and more. I have engaged in therapy with various therapists myself and continue to learn about communication styles, I continue to learn about my own life experiences and beliefs and ways they hinder or help my work. I want to grow with you and learn how to best be open and of support.
