Work HistoryI've been in the private practice space for 8 years now and recently moved to my current practice, Empowered Therapy. Over the years, I've developed my therapy style, which I describe as holistic in nature, and client centered in practice. I have a foundation of talk therapy (processing, problem solving, etc.) and variety of skill building (coping, routines, communication, etc.) as it's needed. I view the client from a whole person lens, and enjoy exploring habits, lifestyle choices, routines, and other facets that make up our life to tackle any mental health struggles we may be experiencing. Prior to my current role, I have experience in other private practice settings, a community mental health center, and my internship was at a residential center for adults.
