Work HistoryI have worked as an individual therapist in private practice for ten years and have enjoyed seeing the personal transformation in all of my clients. In addition to traditional talk therapy, I am a trained yoga therapist, offering postures, breathing exercises and meditation as tools to help my clients cope. This work is very individualized to accommodate the mental and physical needs of each person. Over the years I have completed many trainings in complimentary therapies such as Sound Therapy, Human Design, and Crystal Therapy to offer a wide range of tools for my clients. I have come to honor a holistic approach to mental health. What drives me as a therapist is being able to hold space for others and offer them the flexibility to voice what they need each session, knowing that every meeting in or journey together will be different their needs are constantly evolving.
