Work HistoryWith over thirty years of professional mental health experience, I've learned a few things about what does and doesn't help move people forward. Coping skills are important but more crucial is to identify and understand the exact source and root of a problem. Let's not just cope with depression and anxiety but get rid of it completely when possible. I also often work with clients to understand and improve their communication, intimacy, and relationship skills. Others chose to work on anger management, conflict resolution, and assertiveness skills. I can also help with perfectionism, people-pleasing, lack of self-confidence, and low self-esteem. For those with ADHD, I use my deep understanding of this complex condition to help you put the pieces together and understand yourself and what you need to be more functional.
