What is your style/approach to therapy?

My therapeutic approach involves addressing and changing negative thought patterns and behaviors (CBT) as well as processing and resolving traumatic experiences (EMDR). CBT focuses on identifying and challenging negative thought patterns and behaviors, promoting healthier ways of thinking and coping. EMDR, on the other hand, is often used for individuals who have experienced trauma. It involves a structured eight-phase approach to address past traumatic memories and associated negative emotions. In summary, my therapeutic approach involves a combination of cognitive restructuring (CBT) and a specialized approach for trauma processing and resolution (EMDR).
