Work HistoryMy earliest clinical work was at a college counseling center where I focused on treating issues of identity development, ADHD/neurodiversity, social anxiety, relationships struggles, perfectionism, family of origin traumas, and other common mental health issues in college life. Following my initial clinical experience, I transitioned to private practice where I spent a few years working primarily with young adults in high school, college, and transitioning out of college. As I gained experience through I my own life journey, my interest over the next few years shifted to the areas of middle life - existential crises, marital challenges/communication, relationship boundaries, work stress/burnout, codependence, and more.
