What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?
Empathy and a desire to help others are at the core of my motivation to becoming a therapist. Being a therapist has allowed me to extend a helping hand to those in need, offering guidance and support as they navigate complexities of life.

I am best positioned to serve clients who are navigating challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, self-esteem issues, and life transitions. I work with individuals across the lifespan, including adolescents, adults, and families, who are seeking a compassionate and non-judgmental space to process their experiences and discover pathways to growth.
