Education
Capella University, Minneapolis, MN, Master of Science, Marriage and Family Therapy, 2020
Work HistoryI am a Marriage and Family Therapy graduate from Capella University. I obtained my experience through residencies where I was able to engage in Assessments, Group Counseling with curriculum development, Family Counseling, Individual Counseling as well as Couple Counseling. Therapy is not only a gift but, a level of freedom that you’ve never known. In life, we take on so much that can start to affect us in negative ways. As a counselor, it’s important to me that you develop a level of comfort that allows you to express yourself freely and unburden yourself. The journey to self-preservation starts with you discovering the best you that you can be and want to be. Allow me to be the person to help you with that work. I look forward to working with you on this journey to a better you.
