Work HistoryI specialize in working with adults who struggle with symptoms of anxiety, depression, and trauma. Often clients and I learn together that their experiences with anxiety and depression, stress in their relationships, and lack of motivation in their life, stem from deeper-seeded traumas that have been misunderstood and unhealed. I've had a career in social work for over a decade, focusing on a few different areas of expertise before settling into an individual psychotherapist role over five years ago. I have worked with individuals with intellectual and development disabilities, children and adults in the foster care system, and those living with severe mental illness. All of these experiences have given me a breadth of knowledge in the human experience, and a better understanding that one-on-one, individual therapy is where I am meant to be.
