Work HistoryMy clinical experience began in addiction treatment, where I worked in an intensive outpatient program facilitating group counseling. Those groups were deeply powerful and healing experiences, and they shaped my foundation as a clinician. Over time, my work has expanded to include individuals navigating the everyday stressors and transitions that affect us all. I have developed a particular appreciation for supporting clients experiencing anxiety, recognizing how common and impactful it can be. I value building genuine, collaborative relationships with my clients and creating a space where they feel safe to explore their authentic selves. It is a privilege to walk alongside people as they gain insight, resilience, and a deeper understanding of who they are.
