Work HistoryI've been doing this work for over twenty years, and what keeps me in it is watching people find their way back to themselves. I got my Master's in Social Work from UNR in 2001 and have been licensed in Nevada, Arizona, and New Mexico, working with adults and older adults through all kinds of challenges—chronic illness, grief, trauma, major life changes, and everything in between. A lot of my clients live with conditions that aren't going anywhere and others are navigating gender identity, relationship problems, or the shifts that come with getting older. Over the years, I've seen the power of consistent changes and how they make the biggest difference. We build skills you can actually use when life gets hard. I rely on CBT, DBT, and mindfulness because they give you tools that work. You start to see how your thoughts shape your feelings and actions, and you learn better ways to manage stress, connect with others, and take care of yourself. My goal hasn't changed since I started—help you live better today than you did yesterday. If that sounds like what you need, you can reach me through Insight Therapy Solutions at 888-409-8976.
