Work HistoryTrauma doesn't always look like what people expect, sometimes it's quiet, sometimes it's loud, and sometimes it's been there so long you don't even recognize it as trauma anymore. You just know something's off, and you're tired of feeling this way. I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida with over 5 years of experience working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families. I earned my master's in Psychology from Ashford University in 2018, and I'm certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which is research-backed treatment for trauma ranging from single incidents to severe, ongoing experiences. I work with people dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship conflict, behavioral issues, and mood disorders that are making daily life harder than it needs to be. My training spans multiple approaches—what works for acute trauma won't necessarily work for personality disorders or OCD.
