Work HistoryThrough my more than 10 years of doing this work, I’ve discovered a passion for helping folks who deal with high functioning depression and anxiety, experienced childhood trauma, or who struggle with disordered eating, body image and self-esteem concerns. My passion for therapy and the work I do with clients is rooted in doing my own complex trauma work with therapists who got me. They offered a judgment free and nurturing space where I could lay it all out on the table, helped me work through my overwhelm and make sense of things. My goal is to provide this same judgment free and nurturing space to folks and help them move from a space of over functioning, people pleasing, and overwhelm, to a place of grounding, clarity and connection.
