Work HistoryI’ve spent the last decade working with people of all socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds in every stage of life and health as a social worker, first as a case manager and then as a clinician. I feel this experience has engendered a deep respect for the dignity and worth of each person and cemented my view of my role as a partner while they navigate whatever stage of life they are in. As a grounded and positive therapist, I will be there with you as we safely explore your experiences, patterns and fears for how they might be limiting your life in the here and now. This work will apply various evidence-based approaches, like CBT, ACT, Mindfulness and ERP, that identify your strengths, connect with your core values and help you use your power to get closer to who you want to be, no matter what life throws at you.
