Work HistoryHi, I’m DaRell Murray. I’m a Black male therapist, and I’m here to support individuals, couples, kids, and teens—including those in the LGBTQ+ community—ranging in age from 5 to 75. My goal is to meet you with empathy, help you feel seen, and celebrate who you are. I’m especially passionate about making mental health care more accessible and less stigmatized within the BIPOC community. I work hard to create a space that’s culturally inclusive, welcoming, and safe for everyone. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, ADHD, or grief, I’m here to walk alongside you. My approach is warm and supportive, and I’ll always meet you without judgment. Together, we can work toward healing and personal growth. I use proven therapy tools that focus on understanding your thoughts and emotions, building healthier relationships, and finding what motivates change. But more than anything, therapy with me is about connection—building trust and helping you feel comfortable to open up at your own pace. A little about me personally: I’m a husband and a father. I’ve spent the past six years providing mental health support to individuals and families in California’s Central Valley. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Criminology and my Master’s in Marriage, Family, and Child Counseling at Fresno State. If you’re thinking about starting therapy, or even just curious, I’d be honored to be part of your journey.
