In what ways do your life philosophy and treatment philosophy overlap?
I believe self-care is so important, and I constantly preach that to my clients. I implemented what I preach by working out and going for hikes in the outdoors with my family and my pet corgi to help manage my diabetes. Also, finding new creative ways to eat healthier while keeping my food tasting delicious also keeps me busy in my free time.
