In what ways does your personality influence your approach to therapy?
My personality is curious, open, and motivated, valuing both humor and honesty. As a therapist, I take a collaborative and direct approach to the therapeutic relationship, believing that meaningful progress comes from a combination of both insight and action. At the same time, I recognize the importance of creating a supportive space where clients feel safe to explore life’s challenges with compassion and care. As a lover of data, I draw from evidence-based practices, blending CBT skills with psychodynamic insight, and am excited to work with clients to bring about tangible, meaningful change.
