Education
University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Master of Science, Master of Science in Couple and Family Therapy, 2024
Work HistoryIt can feel overwhelming when anxiety, depression, or grief begin to affect your daily life and make it harder to move forward. I chose this field because I value creating a space where people can talk openly about their experiences and begin to understand what they’re going through. I earned my Master’s in Couple and Family Therapy from University of Nevada, Las Vegas and currently practice as an MFT Intern under supervision. I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, grief, and reproductive loss, including pregnancy-related experiences. In therapy, I use Narrative Therapy, CBT, and experiential approaches to help clients explore their patterns, make sense of their emotions, and build skills to manage them. My goal is to support you in developing insight and finding a direction that feels right for you. If you’d like support, you can reach me through Insight Therapy Solutions at 888-409-8976.
