Work HistoryI started my career working with adolescents in residential and community programs, helping them navigate emotional and behavioral challenges. Early on, I realized how important support and guidance are in helping young people build confidence and manage stress. Over the years, I’ve worked in several outpatient and family-centered settings. I’ve spent a lot of time supporting teens and adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, stress, and relationship issues. I help people understand their thoughts and feelings, work through challenges, and build coping skills that make a real difference in daily life. I also enjoy working with families to improve communication, manage conflicts, and create healthier home environments. These experiences shaped the way I approach therapy today by helping clients not just feel better in the moment, but also develop the tools to thrive long-term. Now, at my own practice, Triumph Therapeutic Services PLLC, I continue this work with adolescents and adults, focusing on what matters most to each person. My goal is to help clients overcome obstacles, strengthen their relationships, and feel more in control of their lives.
