What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?
I became a therapist because I’ve always had a strong desire to positively influence the lives of others. I take pride in being an attentive listener, seeing myself as a guide to help clients achieve their best mental health. Through my work, I’ve learned just how much we rely on one another, and that we can’t navigate life’s challenges alone. The most fulfilling aspect of my role is engaging with clients, and I genuinely believe that every interaction teaches me something new. Watching clients experience those “aha” moments, where they uncover ways to enhance their lives and recognize their own strengths, is truly rewarding.
