If there was one thing you wish people knew about the therapy experience who might be hesitant to try it, what would that be?
If someone was hesitant about trying therapy, I would want them to know that it's not a one size fits all endeavor. Sometimes people have had negative experiences in the past, or are simply nervous to start the process. I try very hard to make people feel comfortable, listened to, and not judged. I try to make sessions feel relaxed and collaborative as we work towards your specific goals, ultimately leading a more fulfilling life.
