Work HistoryBefore becoming a therapist, I worked in care management, where I helped children, adults, and families navigate complex systems, connect with community resources, and overcome barriers to receiving the support they needed. That experience taught me that healing doesn't happen in isolation, mental health is often connected to family relationships, school, work, physical health, and access to resources. It also helped me develop a practical, collaborative approach to helping people through difficult seasons. As a therapist, I have worked with children, teens, adults, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, and family conflict. Much of my experience has been helping children and adolescents better understand their emotions, strengthen communication skills, build confidence, and develop healthy coping strategies. I also enjoy partnering with parents, providing practical tools that support progress both in and outside of therapy sessions. Working across care management, school-based counseling, and outpatient therapy has given me the opportunity to support individuals from many different backgrounds and life experiences. These experiences have shaped my belief that every client deserves a safe, compassionate space where they feel heard and understood. My goal is to meet you where you are, while helping you develop the skills and confidence to move toward lasting growth and meaningful change.
