Work HistoryFor the past 4 years, my passion has been working with individuals that have experienced trauma. I have worked to assist people that present extensive emotional distress. My primary focus is on helping individuals find balance and peace after experiencing trauma, navigating through life transitions, unhealthy relationships, or loss and grief. I love to help others feel at peace and whole again. Since 2018, I have been trained to utilize EMDR. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), is an extensively researched, effective psychotherapy method proven to help individuals recover from trauma. I currently focus on providing treatment to adult individuals struggling with stressors wanting to explore their needs and develop healthy coping mechanisms.
