My style is engaging, direct, non-judgement and thoughtful. When clients first start therapy, we will establish a strong relationship and comfortable environment where you can feel safe and heard. As African American clinician that identifies as female and also a mom, i am culturally aware and meet my clients where they are...women, men and children.
