Work HistoryWe especially welcome Black and Brown women who are seeking a space rooted in compassion, affirmation, and truth. We have a “come as you are” mentality, and we hold firmly to the belief that therapy is not just for white people. Everyone deserves a healing space that feels like theirs and every woman deserves a space where they don’t need to feel strong. Here we take off the superwoman hat and look our younger selves in the mirror to heal. Our approach is trauma-informed and grounded in real, evidence-based tools that help you understand your emotions, build skills, and reconnect with yourself. Healing is not about perfection. It is about coming home to yourself, and we are honored to support that journey. Through DBT, CBT+, and parts work (IFS), we help you strengthen your emotional foundation and make sense of the experiences that have shaped you. Your healing matters, and we are here to walk with you through it.
