Work HistoryI have over 11 years of clinical experience in providing psychotherapy services to clients aging from adolescents through adulthood. As a psychotherapist, I use a patient-centered approach to provide my clients with a safe space to help my clients explore their feelings & thoughts triggered by depression, anxiety, trauma, and other life’s stressors. My goal is to help clients explore the opportunities for change and empower them to use their strengths and new skills to help reach the change they desire. I have clinical training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focus- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Managing and Adapting Practices (MAP).
