Work HistoryI have been practicing therapy for 6 years. My full-time work has consistent of working with most young adults and children/adolescents. With young adults, I have a passion for assisting clients with finding their purpose and living in alignment with their values. We also often navigate relational issues and explore strategies for boundary setting and breaking unhealthy relationship patterns. Due to all of the uncertainty in the world, many of my young adults experience anxiety. I have experience with exploring triggers and sources of anxiety and teaching coping strategies to manage anxiety. My part-time work has consisted of working with couples in the private practice setting. With my couples, we often focus on learning healthy communication skills, identifying and breaking negative interaction cycles, and increasing emotional and physical intimacy.
