What is your style/approach to therapy?

I have a collaborative approach to counseling and will work with you in finding ways to better empower you to improve your mental health. I utilize evidence-based practices, more specifically, EMDR or ERP to help alleviate as well as process your anxiety, OCD, or trauma symptoms.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Client can expect feeling motivated and empowered to begin tackling their mental health. We set up goals in treatment to be successful even if we have difficulty doing the homework or practicing outside of our sessions, we will continue to foster that sense of getting back in control of your life!
