What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?
I use a variety of evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed approaches and somatic therapies. Regardless of the modalities I use, I will always ask for feedback so we can figure out what works best for you.
What are your biggest strengths as a therapist?
During sessions, I show up how I hope my clients will show up - authentically human. I don't believe in suppressing emotions either. All vibes are welcome here. Life can be hard and it's ok to talk about it. Therapy should be the one place where you don't have to mask.

My unique lived experiences with Cerebral Palsy have given me the passion to help others navigate their own challenges because I've been there. I specialize in PTSD, trauma, anxiety and depression.
