Work HistoryHi! I'm so glad you're here! I am a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) with a physical disability in the State of New Jersey. My unique lived experiences with Cerebral Palsy have given me the passion to help others navigate their own challenges because I've been there. I specialize in PTSD, trauma, anxiety and depression. By using a trauma-responsive perspective, I help clients to explore the many ways that distressing experiences may have impacted their mental and emotional well-being, relationship difficulties, and more. I have worked extensively with marginalized communities such as disabled, BIPOC and queer/LGBTQ+ individuals.
