Work HistoryI am a clinical health psychologist who treats ages 10-100 and specializes in individual, family and couples therapy, integrating CBT, DBT, Family Systems Therapy, IFS, hypnosis, TFT, ACT, and somatic-based approaches. With over a decade of meditation and pranayama practice, i view healing as a multi-layered process—mental, emotional, and physical. I am trained in EMDR, TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises), Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), and Psychedelic Harm Reduction & Integration, offering holistic and trauma-informed care. I help clients release stored trauma, regulate the nervous system, and cultivate emotional resilience. My approach goes beyond talk therapy, incorporating mindfulness, somatic work, and emotional processing to promote deep healing and transformation. I treat children, adolescents, adults and elderly and am dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families build meaningful connections and navigate life’s challenges with strength and clarity.
