What would be important for someone to know about working with you?
When working with clients I create a welcoming, safe environment where you feel safe and heard. I use EMDR for processing and working through trauma, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) because of the connections between people's perceptions of their situations and Solution-Focused Therapy for clients who want more direct answers to their concerns. Mental health is a journey you that you don't have to go through alone.

Work HistoryFeel like you have no one to talk to about your problems? Let me help untangle those difficult thoughts and feelings. I'm passionate about working with people wanting to heal from trauma, the LGBT+ population, men’s issues, couples wanting to improve their relationship and people exploring non-monogamy, polyamory, and open relationships, people experiencing anxiety or sexuality-related issues. Therapy and mental health became a passion of mine after my own experience with therapy. Having gone through my own experiences with anxiety, I saw the benefit of how a therapist can untangle the web of thoughts and make them easier to navigate.
