Under Clinical Supervision
Dylan M Inserra, Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, 89573 is practicing under the supervision of Melanie Wells (Texas, LPC-S, 11855) at Lifeologie Institute.
Please, note: A clinician listed as being “clinically supervised” is completing clinical hours toward their licensure. They have one or more fully licensed clinical supervisors that often have special training to become supervisors. They consult with their supervisor(s) on all of their cases, which means that, when working with them, you are getting the time and expertise of multiple therapists in your treatment.
What would be important for someone to know about working with you?
When working with clients I create a welcoming, safe environment where you feel safe and heard. I use EMDR for processing and working through trauma, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) because of the connections between people's perceptions of their situations and Solution-Focused Therapy for clients who want more direct answers to their concerns. Mental health is a journey you that you don't have to go through alone.

Work History
Feel like you have no one to talk to about your problems? Let me help untangle those difficult thoughts and feelings. I'm passionate about working with couples and individuals, the LGBT+ population, men’s issues, using EMDR to help process trauma, and people experiencing anxiety or sexuality-related issues. Therapy and mental health became a passion of mine after my own experience with therapy. Having gone through my own experiences with anxiety, I saw the benefit of how a therapist can untangle the web of thoughts and make them easier to navigate.
