What would be important for someone to know about working with you?
I'm a pretty causal person and take an approach with my clients to make them feel as comfortable as possible. I think it's extremely important to feel at ease with your therapist, fit can make all the difference. I offer a free consult to answer any and all questions and to help determine if we will be a good fit. I take a coaching approach to therapy and utilize tools from CBT and solutions-focused therapy; I'm also trained in EMDR.
