Work HistoryOver the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals, families, and leaders, helping them navigate some of life’s most challenging experiences. My expertise grew from sitting with people in their pain and walking alongside them as they worked to understand themselves better, break free from the patterns holding them back, and step into a life of purpose and clarity. Much of my work has focused on those who grew up in complex family dynamics, particularly children of immigrant parents, where cultural expectations and generational gaps often create anxiety, low self-esteem, and strained relationships. I’ve also supported individuals healing from childhood trauma, abuse, or bullying, guiding them to rediscover their self-worth and build stronger connections with themselves and others. Beyond individual therapy, I’ve worked closely with families to foster healthier communication and understanding, helping them bridge gaps and build trust. I also offer coaching to leaders, equipping them with tools to thrive personally and professionally while maintaining meaningful relationships. These experiences have allowed me to sharpen my skills in addressing the impact of cultural differences, generational trauma, and identity struggles. Through it all, my goal has remained consistent: to provide practical strategies, compassionate support, and spiritual truth so my clients can break free from cycles of pain and embrace who they are meant to be.
