Work HistoryI am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in both California and Virginia providing therapeutic services to children, adults, couples, and families since 2015. I utilize a holistic approach that combines ideas and techniques from a variety of therapeutic theories and is also known as eclectic or multi-modal therapy. Integrative therapy is a form of psychotherapy that adapts to the unique needs of each client, depending on the problem, the treatment goals, and the individual’s expectations and motivation to cope with anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, and relational challenges. My professional background includes Certified Trauma and Resilience Practitioner (CTRP), Certified Addictions Treatment Counselor (CATC), and Certified Anger Management Specialist II. I am a Clinical Supervisor for California and Virginia, and an Adjunct University Faculty member teaching ethnically diverse working adults seeking to bridge the gap between theory and practice.
