Get To Know Me
If there was one thing you wish people knew about the therapy experience who might be hesitant to try it, what would that be?
It's okay to stop if you feel uncomfortable or not ready yet.
What do you view as a key component of the therapeutic relationship?
Trust and respect are incredibly important. If you do not trust your therapist or anyone you are talking to, you will likely not share what's truly going on as you should. When the therapeutic relationship works, there is such a sense of camaraderie and support, genuinely rooting for your success.
What would be important for someone to know about working with you?
I am very collaborative. We work together as a team to see what works for you, If it does not, we go back to the drawing board. There is not shame or judgment since everyone is different. Everyone is enough as they are.
